At this time, only virtual medical consultations are offered with a Canadian licensed Physician or NP from your smartphone or computer. Virtual care can be used to address many of the common concerns that would normally bring you into the office from the comfort of your home.

Our virtual appointments are available from 9 AM to 9 PM CST daily.

Medical emergencies
Refilling or initiating Controlled medications such as narcotics
Getting sick notes that are backdated or for longer absences
Any requests that are deemed medically inappropriate for virtual care by our providers - What can be treated virtually?

You can use V Health to virtually meet with a Canadian licenced online Physician or NP for anything you might normally come to the office for. Mostly anything that can be treated in person that doesn’t require a direct physical examination can be done through V Health. Receive prescriptions, lab requisitions, medical advice, and more!
- Are VHealth services covered under provincial health care?

No.This is a private service and provincial health care does not cover our services. However, some third-party insurance plans may cover our services. Please check with your insurance service provider if our services are covered. Also, the expenses can be claimed on your personal income tax filing.
- Is my health information private?

Absolutely! Your health information is private and confidential using highly secured electronic system.
- Can I get a prescription?

Yes. You can get a new prescription or refill based on your health condition (except controlled substances) and will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy with in 5 minutes or it can get delivered to your house for free.
- What type of payment do VHealth accept?
