Scheduling an Appointment

Reviewing Your Request
You will receive an intake questionnaire in your email.The intake questionnaire MUST be completed to CONFIRM your booking. One of our health care providers will review your intake questionnaire’s responses and you will receive an email confirmation.
If in case, you are requesting something that can not be done through virtual care then your appointment will be cancelled without any charges and you will be notified through email. -

Speaking to a Provider
At the time of your appointment, you can connect with a provider from your cell phone, tablet, or computer. You can receive medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, and digital sick notes.Prescriptions will be faxed directly to your preferred pharmacy or you can choose free delivery to your address.
